1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered
• Product is missing from the order

Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as photos or videos.

2. Non-Returnable Products

• Perishable or food-related products
• Opened or used products
• Customized or special-order items

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund amount will be credited through the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping
